Parent and toddler groups have been established in two different areas of the South East of Wakefield, and these sessions have become quite popular among new parents.

The main objective of these groups is to encourage parents to socialise and interact with each other, providing a supportive and friendly environment. Not only are these groups beneficial for parents, but they also provide a great opportunity for toddlers to engage in activities and play with other children their age.

Each session attracts approximately 14 parents or caregivers, creating a vibrant and lively atmosphere. These groups have proven to be a valuable resource for the community, fostering connections and friendships among parents and ensuring that both parents and toddlers have an enjoyable and enriching experience.

So come and join our parent meet, we have ocasional seasonal crafts for the little ones to enjoy and get creative. And for the parents, we've got you covered with a refreshing brew and delicious biscuits to indulge in. It's a wonderful opportunity to connect with like-minded parents, exchange valuable experiences, and forge new friendships. TUESDAY - Millenium Hall, Moorthorpe 9:30-11:00am

THURSDAY - Red Roof, Kinsley 9:30-11:00am
